Stay Spine is a demo today. It holds illustrative data, and it sends no real messages or payments. A lawyer has not yet reviewed this page. It is written in plain words so you can see our intent, and it is not a final legal document.
What the demo keeps
Each visitor gets a private copy with made-up guests. Anything you type goes into that copy, and the copy is deleted after a day, or sooner if you start over.
Please do not enter real guest details or real ID documents in the demo.
Rate limits
We keep a one-way hash of your address to limit how many demos are created. It is not used to identify you.
Where data sits
The demo runs in Singapore. It is not stored in India, and we make no claim that it is. This needs a fresh decision before any real guest data is held.
AI
Text you type may be sent to an AI model to produce suggestions, after ID numbers are removed. Guest ID numbers are never sent to a model.
When real workspaces open
The plan is that the owner is the data fiduciary and we are the processor, with plain consent at pre-check-in, a retention timer, and deletion on request. A lawyer needs to check this first.
